Winter might be coming… but the whales aren’t going!!!
If the south wind as gone from mildly warm to freezing cold, announcing the beguinning of an actual winter here, the whales have not left the bay. Humpback whales are still around, in great numbers!!!
Both tours were succesfull with 4 and probably 5 humpback whales on the afternoon tour. Some of them were travelling in pairs, feeding on the surface, lifting their fluke and exhibiting all kinds of beautiful behaviours. Some nice moments, not even tarnished by the cold.
If you are coming with us tomorow, come warmly dressed, since the temperature are not to raise again. But for as long as the whales keep on amazing us, it will always feel like summer…
