Whale watching in the midnight sun
The evening trips of North Sailing are the perfect opportunity for whale watchers to observe whales in the glowing light of the midnight or evening sun. The evening trips, leaving at 20:15 and arriving 3 hours later run from June 1st throughout August the 10th. In June and first half of July these trips are very bright as the sun does not set, especially around the 21st of June which is the brightest day of the year.
Of course neither the whales nor the midnight sun can be guaranteed but with a bit of luck you will see a whale blowing or lifting the tail with the sun going under in the background.
