Blue whales, minke whales

The wind had finally calmed down this morning and we went out at 10:00. Like always when we haven't been out for a while because of weather I'm a bit nervous that there aren't any whales. But my worries were not necessary. We saw first two minke whales and then we went further out and saw that the blue whales were still around. On both my trips today we had really good luck with the blue whales, they were calm and usually coming up quite close to the boat.

The weather got better and better in the afternoon, the sun started shining and there was no wind at the end of the day. Really great to get a day like this after the last two days.
