The Humpbacks Rule the Bay
Two trips behind me now, the 10 o’clock and the 13:30. I had the priviledge to go along with Guide Sabrina and we handed the Microphone between us frequently. It turned out that she is an excellent Guide to say the least, her knowledge goes way beyond mine in so many ways and I did pick up a lot from her. Hopefully this goes both ways, she must have found some of my Guiding technique helpful as well. This I like very much about this summer, the Guides are often two together in the trips and this really helps us improving ourselves. The trip was delightful, Humpbacks and more Humpbacks.
The second tour was one of this special tours one will never forget. After a 25 minutes sail we found a Humpback that we stayed with for most of the tour. Spyhopping, lobtailing and just Human Watching I guess, this beautiful animal kept us entertained for more than an hour. Now words can describe but hopefully this crappy videos I shot on my Phone will give some idea.
On the way back we bumped into some more Humpbacks. It seems like they are ruling the bay these days.
