The first jumping whale of the season
Today we had grate conditions for whale watching. No wind and flat sea. In the trip at 10 o´clock we had been successful so we headed again out full of hope finding something. As we were in the middle of the bay we spotted a minke whale. This one was not diving so long but was traveling a bit. Ether way we got a grate look at it. As we were about to set the course towards the mountains in the western part of the bay suddenly the minke jumped out of the ocean. So we decided to stay a bit longer there. Now it breached again for us, in total it breached 4 times. After that grate show we set the course towards west. We had not sailed for a long time as we spotted a powerful spout. As we got closer we saw that this was a humpback whale. We got really close to him an got a grate view at it as it was surfacing close to our boat Bjössi Sör
