Clean and safe Whale Watching
In a world of new challenges, it is more important than ever to act responsibly for our guests and our team’s safety.
Joining the Icelandic Tourist Board project, Clean and Safe, goes without saying for us at North Sailing. It is an honour to be part of the project to safely and responsibly welcome visitors to Iceland.
Responsible Whale Watching
From day one, we have placed the safety of passengers and wildlife in focus. The mission is to ensure a responsible and sustainable approach to whale watching. From the moment our guests arrive at our Whale Watching Centre in the heart of Húsavík, we want them to feel comfortable and safe, throughout the whole whale watching experience. While boarding the boats, sailing around Skjálfandi Bay, watching whales and birds, it is all about creating good memories.
Clean and safe project Iceland
The Clean and Safe Project is a great way to adapt to the new reality of travelling. Both guests and tour operators in Iceland benefit from setting new guidelines for safer travel.
In Iceland, the Health inspection authorities have approved the project, and so has the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC).
