Whale party
It was beautiful today in Husavik. If the morning ended up being pretty windy, we still could enjoy wonderful sailing conditions.
Once again, the west of the bay proved itself as being “the place to be”, with no less than 3 different species: Harbour propoises, Minke whales and Humpback whales.
If the sun might be a bit more scarced tomorow, we are hoping for our giant friends to still hang around and keep the party going.
The Minke Whale feeding…
…together with the Humpback…
… And even the fulmars!!!!
The blow holes of the Humpback, coming out of the water.
And later showing its magnificient fluke!!!
