Sunshine and whales

After some foggy days the sun was shining as we headed out on our morning tour which made everybody happy- especially the crew members that were getting tired of grey days.

Just like the last few days, the humpback whales were in a great mood showing off to our passangers. We spotted four individual Humpback Whales in different areas of the bay. One of them circled around our boat, Náttfari, coming up right next to us several times. On this tour we also ran into three beautiful Minke Whales. They were as elegant and graceful as always.

On our afternoon tours, as the fog sneaked into the bay again, we spotted a group of White Beaked Dolphins as well as some Humpbacks.

The bird life was great today as we spotted hundreds of puffins and a lot of Arctic Skuas.
