Blue whale dinner party

On Friday we had to go quite far north again but it was well worth it. We saw a Humpback and Blue whales. After we had a nice encounter with a humpback whale we went further west to pick one of the Blue whales to look at. This Blue whale seemed to be feeding at the same spot for the whole time so it was easy to catch up with him. Furthermore, there seemed to be lots of food close to the surface so the whale was feeding and rolling at the surface and came close to the boat many times. On the way home everybody way really happy about this amazing encounter and we enjoyed together a hot chocolate and cinnamon bun and joyfully talked about this great experience.

The really great thing about that day is that, as far as I am concerned, every single trip pretty much had the same lucky moment on that day.
