A Humpback Whale and White-Beaked Dolphins!

After two days of cancelling, we were finally able to go out for whale watching again.

And it was a very nice tour we had today!

We had been sailing for about 45 minutes, when we suddenly spotted some black dorsal fins breaking the surface and a few moments later we realized that we had found some white-beaked dolphins! We took some nice looks at the dolphins, when we all of a sudden saw a humpback whale lifting its fluke for a dive, not far away from us!!!

We left the dolphins and went for the humpback whale. It was a very nice whale, allowing us to take some nice close-up looks and lifting its fluke close to our boat a few times.

All in all, a very nice day out at sea! Fingers crossed for tomorrow (the weather forecast looks very promising!) 🙂
