Schooner Opal heads home to Húsavík after a magnificent season in Scoresbysund
Schooner Opal is sailing towards its home port of Húsavík after an excellent season in Scoresbysund, NE-Greenland.
Opal´s crew and owners are proud and happy. In seven week long tours around the Scoresbysund fjord system, Opal has carried her passengers to some of the most exotic places on Earth. Magnificent, unforgettable and unique are a few of the words our guests used to describe their tour. Scoresbysund is indeed, unique and a schooner, such as Opal, offers the possibility to visit places in this magical wilderness of NE-Greenland.
After a short break in Húsavík, Opal will be setting sail for Reykjavík, where she will be, by Harpa – Concert Hall, where she will be sailing on day and evening tours.
