Cold but happy!

We headed west towards the mountains were the whales have been seen for the past few days. The sea was bumpy so it took a little bit longer to get over the bay than usually. After some time we spotted some playful white beaked dolphins and they were willing to swim along with the boat for quite a long time. After spending time with the dolphins we turned the boat and kept on looking for some other animals. It didn’t take long before we spotted one calm humpback whale wich we got a good look at, although it was hard to track it because of the rough sea. After few fluke lifting it was time to go back to Húsavík, everyone feeling a bit cold from the strong north wind and some were not feeling good in their stomach after this bumpy ride. Anyhow it was a successful trip and most of the passanger were happy althoug it wasn’t the best conditions.
