Safety drill-day

There are no tours today, due to the strong wind that is making the waves very high. So the crews used the day to go over safety on board our boats. We looked at safety plans on board, where everything we need in case of an emergency is located, looked at the safety gear (where it is located and how it works), and then we took one of our boats for a spin in the rough sea and threw a life ring over board and then “rescued it”, and more. Altough we just went outside the harbour, the boat could hardly move forwards because of the high waves!

Let’s hope the sea will have calmed down tomorrow, so we can go whale watching again!
