Snowy Skjálfandi
Today was freezing cold but we decided to try our luck anyway.
In the beginning of the tour, it seemed to be clearing up, we could even see the sun for a while. We headed across the bay towards the mountains but when we got there, it had begun snowing again! So unfortunately there were no whales to be seen this time as the visability was not exactly the best.
It´s quite unusual for us to be attempting to search for whales in this kind of weather but I guess you can expect any weather in Iceland in early April.
We hope that spring will approach us in the very near future!
