Blue Whale in the bay!
The days are just magnificent! I have done now one trip today, and had an excellent encounter with Humpback Whales and Minke Whales. I had the privilege to sail with Silja as 2nd Guide and we had a great discussion and shared opinions and experience. This is becoming more and more frequent, two Guides going on the same tour, and I truly believe that this is strengthening our staff. Listening to other Guides and sharing tips and tricks really gives you a lot!
On the way back we recieved reports of a Blue Whale in the bay. Schooner Hildur did find the Blue close to the Puffin Island. I have the 5 o’clock trip so i might get the chance to see it. Crossing fingers…
