Humpback whales in all kinds of weather

Today we had all kinds of weather here in Skjálfandi Bay. It was snowing during the morning tour and the afternoon tour was quite sunny, and, what is of course most important: we were also successful with the whales: We saw one humpback whale and some very nice harbour porpoises in the morning tour. The porpoises came very close to the boat a few times, which is a rare sight, as they are usually more shy and hard to follow.

On the second tour we managed to find two humpback whales in the same area were all the humpbacks have been yesterday. It was a very nice sight, as they always surfaced together, side by side and we got some close-up views at them.
