Construction work on Náttfari
Our webpage’s newsmonger took a stroll to the harbor to follow up on the work done on one of North Sailing’s newest addition to the fleet, Náttfari, which has been in the shipyard the whole winter for restoration.
On deck, Guðmundur the shipbuilder was busy finishing the new railing on backboard and stern side of the boat. Tomas was putting his final touch on the walls of the machinery room, isolating and closing up the hole where the engine went out and the new one was hauled in.
Geirfinnur and Siggi were painting the hall and Alli was on the move, arranging last minute work. Garðar, in the meantime was installing and attaching the navigation system.
