Garðar's first whale watching tour
Today was quite a day in the history of North Sailing when Garðar sailed out whale watching for the first time. I got the honor of being the first guide to take passengers out and it was indeed a successful first tour. There was practically no wind, the surface completely still and we hadn’t gone far out when we saw two Minke whales. We followed one of them for a while and it was really calm and came up next to us time and time again. Then we went further out and spotted a group of White beaked dolphins that came and played around this new whale watching boat.
