More news on the blue whales – amazing photos

Saturday morning the weather had changed and it was really foggy in the bay. We didn’t manage to find any blue whales during that day but instead we saw quite many minke whales and humpback whales on most of the tours. Yesterday (Sunday) however the sun was out and in the afternoon we found the blue whales again and last night was spectacular! Midnight sun, blue whales and a breaching humpback whale.

Today the sun is shining and two boats are out already searching for these mighty animals.

Last Friday one of our passengers, Ruud van Beusekom from the Netherlands, took these amazing photos of two blue whales and kindly allowed us to share them here at our web page. We are really grateful and send him our best wishes.
