Breaching humpback whales
It seems like the humpback whales have no reason to leave us, there must be at least a dozen of them in the bay. On my earlier trip we saw two humpback whales quite close to each other and once we were getting closer to them one breached twice and a few moments later the other breached also! Then both of them came up next to the boat a few times.
The wind had increased a bit by that time and the swells deeper so some of my passengers were getting a little green but it was better in the evening trip, a little less wind but all the same, it was a bit bumpy. Therefore it was a bit hard to follow the humpback whales, specially if we had to go against the waves but fortunately two came up a few times next to us but a funny then a funny thing happened. We were waiting for a humpback whale that was deep diving and then suddenly a minke whale popped up right in front of us. Later on the tour the same thing happened again. It was almost as the minke whale was following us. But I'm amazed of the number of humpback whales out there. Almost everywhere you look you can see a blow from a humpback. Nice.
