Early start on NS – 2

Yesterday at 10am we took a head start and sailed with 24 lively Dutchmen on a NS – 2 tour. Those tours include whales, puffins and the enjoyment of sailing on the two mast schooner, Haukur. Tours started as planned at 17pm.

The tour was truly fantastic. We sailed around the beautiful Lundey (Puffin island) which was oozing with life. After only a short pursue for the whales we found ourselves surrounded by the big ones! We saw 4 Blue whales, 7 Humpbacks, 6 Harbour porpoises and a Minke whale.

On our way home we enjoyed refreshments in the mildness. Great tour and truly a fantastic start of the NS – 2.
