North Sailing employs a new Sales and Marketing Manager

On the 1st March, Kristrun Konradsdottir will take over as North Sailing´s Sales and Marketing manager from Heimir Hardarson one of the company´s owners.

North Sailing feels very lucky having Kristrun onboard and hopes that her experience and education will be of good use for the company.

Kristrun graduated from the University of Akureyri (B.S.c in Business and Tourism) in 2001 and since then she has worked in various fields within the tourism industry both in Iceland and in the UK.

Her experience includes project managing for the Icelandic Tourism Research Centre and research work for the Icelandic Tourist Board. Then in the early months of 2002 she moved to London and started working for Discover the World, UK´s largest tour operator to Iceland, first as a sales consultant and then, for the past two years, as a Marketing and PR consultant.

We like to welcome Kristrun to Husavik and hope that she will enjoy her time here with us.
