BBC Film Crew with North Sailing
This summer, quite many journalists and film crews have joined North Sailing on our whale watching tours. Yesterday, a film crew from BBC went out with one of our boats.
This time, BBC (The British Broadcasting Corporation) was filming for their travel show, Holiday, which is celebrating their 36th anniversary in 2005.
Since yesterday gave a good opportunity for sailing, with fair wind from the south, we used our two mast Schooner, Haukur. Our guests and film crew, were able to enjoy a beautiful ride under 4 sails, where the only sound was from the wind and the waves.
The atmosphere was even more unique since in that trip, we got the opportunity to look at some icebergs which were floating around on the bay.
We hope that our friends from BBC enjoyed the trip and welcome them again.
For those who are interested in seeing the Holiday show on BBC, it will be on the air from October/November 2004.
Following are a few pictures taken on the tour with BBC.
